  • When will you get more items in stock?
    Due to the launch of our items being collection based, there may or may not be a restock of the item you are interested in. You can stay up to date on all of our announcements regarding launches and restocking by sign up for our email list on the home page.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in pending status. Once the order has been fulfilled we will not be able to cancel your order. We will not be able to change order information once it has been fulfilled. If you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to address the issue if it is still being processed.
  • How does shipping work?
    Once an order is received, it takes 1-2 days to process your order before being sent. Once the item is sent you should receive it in 3-5 business days. Please visit the Shipping & Returns Policy for further information.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
